Refund policy

All sales are final on original artworks and digital licenses — no refunds or exchanges. For fine art prints fulfilled by our print partner, contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or defective and we'll make it right. Commission deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Digital license files are non-refundable once downloaded.
